Refund policy

At Soil & Us, every blend is crafted with care and intention. We take great pride in the quality and purity of our products, and we hope you love them as much as we do.

However, if your experience isn’t as expected, we’re here to help.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products — especially oils, mists, and other personal-use items — we currently do not accept returns once a product has been opened or used.
If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product. Our team will review your request and arrange for a replacement or suitable resolution.

Refunds

Refunds are processed only for orders that:

Arrive damaged or defective, or

Have been cancelled before dispatch.

Once approved, refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been shipped yet.
