At Soil & Us, every order is packed with care and intention, ensuring your products reach you safely and on time.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.

2. Shipping Timeline

Metro cities: 3–5 business days

Other locations: 5–8 business days
Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

A nominal fee may apply for orders below that threshold or for COD (Cash on Delivery) services, if available.

4. Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly on the courier partner’s website.

5. Damaged or Missing Orders

If your package arrives damaged, leaked, or with missing items, please write to us at info@soilandus.in
 within 7 days of delivery, along with clear photos and your order details. We’ll investigate and assist promptly.

6. International Shipping

At present, we ship only within India. We are working on expanding to international destinations soon.
